Your mission

Help maintain and continuously improve internal cost controlling tools and reports
Support in preparing financial reports, forecasts, and variance analyses for internal stakeholders
Conduct research, collect data, and prepare presentations or decision memos for management as needed
Support day-to-day procurement processes, including purchase order tracking, supplier communication, and documentation
Participate in smaller cross-functional projects and process optimization initiatives across Finance and Procurement
Take ownership of smaller tasks and work packages, proactively identifying issues and proposing solutions

Your profile

Enrolled student in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, or a related field
General interest in finance and procurement, with basic knowledge of relevant principles
Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, self-motivated working style
Fluent in German, strong proficiency in English
