Your mission

Receiving and processing support requests (First-Level-Support )
Set up and configure laptops, desktops and other hardware
Support with general system administration
Maintain and update IT documentation and inventory
Collaborate with the IT team on various projects and daily operations

Your profile

Enrolled student in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Basic understanding of Windows/ Mac operating systems and Microsoft Office tools
Basic knowledge on troubleshooting and IT support
Ability to work independently and reliably
Good communication skills in English (German is a plus)
Willingness to learn
