Your mission

Take ownership of developing and executing DevOps strategies with a strong focus on automation and infrastructure scalability
Optimize and automate our infrastructure and platform services, particularly using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) technologies
Monitor and manage cloud infrastructure, primarily on Microsoft Azure, ensuring compliance with security standards and best practices
Set up and manage comprehensive monitoring solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
Advise and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders regarding DevOps processes and architectures
Coordinate deployment and operational processes in a multi-cloud environment, ensuring operational security and stability
Optimize performance and security of existing solutions, ensuring high availability and resilience
Implement testing strategies and monitoring processes to ensure the application quality and security of implementations
Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
Ensure security best practices are integrated into the development lifecycle
Collaborate closely with the other teams to improve and scale continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD)
Mentor junior DevOps team members
Conduct code reviews and share best practices
Facilitate communication between development, operations, and QA teams
Drive improvements in development processes and tools

Your profile

A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent qualifications with extensive experience in IT infrastructure and DevOps
Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Proficient in scripting languages (Python, Bash)
Proficiency in container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) and managing containerized applications
Leadership and mentoring capabilities
Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines and automation tools such as GitHub, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, or similar technologies
Solid experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform, Configuration-as-Code Ansible, and version control systems (Git)
Deep understanding of cloud infrastructures (preferably Microsoft Azure)
Knowledge of security concepts and practices in cloud environments (e.g., Zero Trust)
Strong understanding of networking and security fundamentals
Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex technical challenges
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling close cooperation with developers, architects, and other stakeholders
