Cofinity-X is a joint venture founded in 2023 by BASF, BMW Group, Henkel, Mercedes-Benz, SAP, Schaeffler, Siemens, T-Systems, Volkswagen, and ZF. Established by industry experts, our company is primed for growth and is intended to be further led by professionals like yourself. 

Your mission

• Facilitate and support the adoption and implementation of Scrum within the organization 
• Guide and coach teams on Scrum practices, principles, and values to enhance their productivity and quality of work 
• Foster effective communication and collaboration within and across teams to ensure transparency and alignment 
• Identify and help resolve impediments and conflicts within Scrum teams to maintain a healthy and productive team dynamic 
• Work closely with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and understood by all team members 
• Conduct regular Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives) to ensure continuous improvement 
• Develop and deliver training programs for team members and stakeholders to deepen their understanding of Scrum 
• Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in the Scrum process and integrate these improvements to enhance team performance 

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification 
• Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Agilist, or equivalent are advantageous 
• Several years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role 
• Strong knowledge of Scrum and agile frameworks (e.g., Kanban, SAFe), complemented by proficiency in a suite of collaboration and product management tools such as Microsoft Teams, Jira, and Confluence
• Demonstrating advanced skills in utilizing virtual whiteboarding (Miro), creating comprehensive Jira dashboards, leveraging test management with XRay, and orchestrating team activities using Hive are advantageous
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with high social competence 
• Fluent in English and German

It is a joint venture of BASF, BMW Group, Henkel, Mercedes-Benz, SAP, Schaeffler, Siemens, T-Systems, Volkswagen and ZF. The vision of Cofinity-X is to run an open marketplace for the provision of own and third-party business applications and further services that enable secured and standardized data transfer along the automotive value chain in accordance with the Gaia-X and Catena-X principles with initial focus on the European market.
